When I created Three Grapes Tokyo with my sisters, we wanted to build the kind of place we couldn't find anywhere else.
Not a wine bar. Not a formal tasting. A warm, welcoming space where curious people from around the world can discover the richness of Japanese culture through its wines.
Every bottle has been carefully selected from passionate, small-scale wineries, many working with Japan's native grape varieties and preserving traditions that deserve to be shared.
My greatest hope is simple: that you'll leave feeling a little closer to Japan than when you arrived.
